
Michel IDA
Michel IDA is Director of the of “MINATEC IDEAs
Laboratory” and head of the research program line “New applications and uses of
Micro Nano technologies” at CEA/LETI.
He holds an undergraduate degree in technical physics
and an engineering degree in electronics and micro-electronics. He worked
within CEA-LETI from 1984 to 2008 where he successively managed different
research activities such as programs linked to micro-technologies within the
LETI biotechnology activity or smart devices R&D program. Then, he joined
the MINATEC IDEAs Laboratory which he has been successfully managing since
2001.
